The historic finca, which has its roots in the 18th century, is centrally located in a prime location on the beautiful island of Ibiza. Behind the small town of San Rafael, well known for its pottery, near the traditional trotting track (Hipodromo), the finca is nestled in the middle of the Ibizan countryside. You will enjoy 100% privacy, framed by palm trees, fruit trees, oleander, bamboo and many other plant species. The finca is the ideal holiday home for family and friends.
You can expect a 14-meter pool with a large natural stone terrace and outdoor shower and a counter-current system . On the beautiful pool terrace, you can already have breakfast with your friends or family in the morning, then relax on the numerous loungers or in the Bali house. Behind the pool terrace, next to the Bali house is still a lawn under the palm trees. This is for all the peope, who look for shadow the "real nirvana".
The big advantage of the finca: lots of space for privacy.
There is a main house and three separate guest houses. The Casa Mayor, the main building with the large kitchen and the splendid terrace for 10 people, the Bungalow, the Studio and the Maisonette. There are each completed apartments with private bathroom, double bed, coffee kitchen and living area. So everyone has their own private living area, which is an absolute benefit with a maximum of 10 people on vacation.
At the finca also live some sweet cats (all are vaccinated). From our regular guests the cats are very much appreciated.
